The hotel was super clean and in a great location. However, it was missing the basics. No shampoo or conditioner, no iron/board and no wash clothes. No room service or front desk after 8. If none of that is a concern for you, then the hotel is fine. Everyone was nice.

We stayed back in 2008 and I can't wait to go back again. The hotel is in a great location. The room was quite large and very well appointed. The breakfast in the cellar was great. We spoke to the owner during breakfast and she was very nice and helpful. This is definately the place to stay in Heidelberg.

Influenced by this website we stayed a night. It's super clean with gorgeous friend ly helpful staff and fabulous underground stone cellar for breakfast. Right in the old town. Very comfortable beds very enjoyable stay. Thanks.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean with nice high ceilings. The location is perfect, close to the downtown area and the river. Despite being on ground level next to a very busy road, the room was remarkably quiet.

Staff is wonderfull. Free internet not works well and it is a little burocratic to access. Breakfast is honest. The rooms are good. During the night sometimes the room temperature is so hot. The pillows could be better.
