Nice hotel (with parking, very important in Heidelberg) with friendly staff. It's quite close to the river but the biggest reason we chose this location was because they were quite close to concert venue we were going to later that evening. That said, it was clean, comfortable and the staff really do go all out to make your stay comfortable.

Great little guest house right in the heart of old town. The rooms are spacious, clean and the staff is amazing. Plus side: I stayed in room 29, which is a lovely bright double room. The staff is very friendly and eager to help. There is a mini-bar fridge, so one can buy drinks outside and keep chilled.
