We stayed here for a night en route through the Black Forest. We arrived at about 2.45 p.m, to be told that our room wasn't ready and then had to wait around for 45 mins while a room was prepared. The room, like a lot of parts of the hotel, had seen better days. There were hooks on the wall... More
