This is a great little hotel a short walk from the city center with lots of atmosphere. It's actually a restaurant/beer garden with rooms upstairs, which means that the food is really good (see separate review of restaurant) an there's always someone at the bar! Rooms are cozy and the staff are amazing, making us feel very welcome.

Stayed there for 2 days in Freiburg and mainly picked the hotel due to the proximity of the people we were visiting. The Kaiser Freiburg is basically a restaurant with 15 rooms attached to it, whereby some rooms don´t have showers. We paid 90 EUR / night for a double room , which I consider a fair price. It is... It is a new lovely, elegance, cleen hotel. At the entrance of the city. 5 minutes walking to the heart of the ciry. we loved the new room. There is an exelant restaurant at the first floor of the hotel. free parking.
