I made reservation for December 2010 for two rooms. When we arrived, we contacted the person who supposed to give us the key (the registration office does not exist). The woman arrived in 15 minutes after our call and announced that the rooms we reserved still occupied by the customer who got sick and cannot move out. She said she... More

Although the accomodation was cheap by Baden Baden standards, it was also a poor quality stay and, in my opinion, not worth even the money we paid. There is no real 'reception' to speak of, with it being necessary to phone someone for help - expensive if you have an overseas mobile. Reasons I have rated poor: we had to... More

Sunshine appartments are located right in the heart of the town, 1 min to the Museum, 1 min to the main shopping streets and 30 secs from the bus stop to the Train Station. My friend & I booked a budget twin room. It was clean, bright & spacious with Sink, wardrobe & TV, all for only €20 each. The... More

Dirty apartment, no clean bed sheets, dirty floors, bins not emptied from last guests, old food left in fridge. Fridge did not function, bare electrical wires. Owner ignored our phone calls when we complained. Treated very poorly. Sunshine Apartments take the money and run. If there is a problem, don't expect them to fix it. Not value for money.

If you came to Baden Baden for the spas, then make sure you stay at the Gernsbacherstrasse location. It's much more central when Adlerstrasse. The apartment had a weird collection of owner's souvenirs, and some of their own clothes behind the curtain in the corner... No rubbish bin. The owner was very sweet and tried to be helpful, but also... More

I stayed here for one night due to a late flight arrival, then took the train out mid-day the following day. Bus transportation from the Karlsruhe-Baden airport to downtown Baden-Baden was easy. The instructions and maps on the Sunshine web site weren't so easy to understand. I found the large city tourist maps on display near the bus stop in... More

My husband and I (age 27 and 31)stayed at the Sunshine Apartments for a long weekend. Now, we are not fancy posh people and we usually stay in 2 or 3 star hotels and our motto is 'as long as it is clean, en suite, and has hot water'. Well, the Sunshine Apartments are none of the above. Our bedding... More

The Sunshine Apartments is a great place to stay if you want to be in the centre of Baden Baden. Don't stay here if you have a car though - the car park is large enough for only 3 cars and the alley to access the car park is only 6 inches wider than a standard car. Seriously, getting down... More

Warning.. if you don't like lots of stairs - don't get an apartment above the second one! The stairwell is also full of furniture which makes moving heavy suitcases difficult. We were in apartment 5 - We got tired of stairs very quickly! My fiance and i stayed in this apartment complex in July 2007. It was good value for... More

We stayed here for one night in a large apartments with a double bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. They were basic but pleasantly decorated, clean and comfortable. We rang the lady who owned the apartments 30 mins before out arrival and she arrived shortly after we got there to let us in. She was very friendly and asked us... More
