Did not imagine that such an institution could still survive in the modern world. Service was dreadful, although 1 waiter was friendly. The menu is a complete mess (which should have told us to run a mile). The saving grace was a piece of fish which was well cooked. Avoid!

The location can't be beat; the Friedrichsbad and Caracalla are just across the street. The staff are helpful and friendly. If you're traveling with pets, this is a dog-friendly hotel.
