I booked this hotel via Accorhotels.com whilst travelling through france, but unfortunately the hotel is nothing like the description on Accorhotels website. The room was tiny and depressing, so much so that we checked out and drove another hour to a much better hotel in Clermont. This was our first and last time we will book an Ibis Hotel.

The hotel is located near the mainroad, but not close to the citycentre. The hotel was very old and dusty, it really needs an update. The staff was friendly and correct. I stayed at the Ibis St Etienne Nord-Terrasse for one night. Comfortable bed and what seemed to be a newly renovated bathroom. The bedcover had some nasty spots. The breakfast was a standardized Ibis one, nothing to write home about, the restaurant (breakfast room) with its pavillon-like french design was nice.
