Upon arrival we were told by the woman on reception that the garage parking space that we had pre-booked was unavailable because someone had walked off with the key. In my 15 years of coming to Evian this is the first time I have stayed in Le Bourgogne. Overall I was disappointed. The rooms are spacious and clean but very dated and the hand-held shower in the bath is very irritating.
For a similar price I would recommend the Littoral, Alize or Savoy Hotels. All are far better than...

I stayed in this hotel for one night.
Arriving at the hotel, the reception is a strange place. It was clean but empty. Like they were rebuilding or just moved in, allthough they were not. So my first impression wasn't that good. The staff speaks English just a bit.
