The hotel is really in a very good location. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel's restaurant serve really delicious and high quality food which we enjoyed very much. What a find this little gem of a hotal is, in an amazing location next to the Bellecote piste. I highly recommend this chalet hotel, we were made to feel so welcome and everything exceeded expectations. The staff are mostly graduates and fun to be around, they cannot do enough for you and create a warm atmosphere. My daughter and I stayed here for five nights. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The English staff could not have been more helpful, very friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent and we both enjoyed afternoon tea and 'champagne' and canapes each evening as part of the half board deal. The Bellecote ski run is just a minutes walk away... More

Let me start with the hotel staff and food are above average, in fact border line excellent. However the booking side of the company really are lacking in the way they work.
