Stayed with wife and 2 small kids during the Easter break and had a great time in this beautiful city. Hotel is well located and rooms have been recently renovated. Brand new playground in the backyard about to open and plenty of places to go within short walking distance. Service is not great and only the towels were replaced everyday.

This is a really cute Hotel with an excellent location right by old town Annecy. We originally planned to stay at another Hotel further outside the City...and are so happy we changed to this. I hope to get back to Annecy again soon...and will aim to stay here! The WiFi connection worked fine.

We enjoyed the privilodges so much we extended our stay in lovely Annecy! Apartment was clean and in a great location, only downside was the Internet not being very reliable. Would definitely stay here again!

Location is perfect and accommodation was spotlessly clean.
