We had a great stay in Hotel des Alpes, Annecy. It is located in a heart of town, 5 min to the old town, 8 minutes to the lake. Sunday local market starts justoutside ot the hotel. rooms simple but clean, great staff, very helful, and breakfast forthe offered price was normal, but all fresh and tasty.

Hotel location is convenient to the bus and train station, beautiful lake and all other attractions. Rooms are small, clean, everything worked as supposed. Enjoyable stay facilitated by engaging and helpful staff. Room very clean..bed marginally comfortable. Good breakfast and a totally enjoyable city on the edge of the French Alps. One hour drive to Chamonix..and Mount Blanc.
