We honeymooned in France and spent 4 nights in St Remy at Le Mas Des Carassins. What a special place! I found the hotel though Tripadvisor reviews and am so glad we booked this place. The grounds are gorgeous and serene. There are tons of places to relax and we felt like we had our own space here. It's not... More

Our five night stay at Mas Des Carassins was perfect in many ways - our room was large with a beautiful view of the gardens and mountain, the staff were gracious and pleasant - from bringing us a converter at 11 p.m., to mailing my misplaced sunglasses before I even asked. The evening dinners were not to be missed -... More

Enjoyed our stay at Mas Des Carassins. The grounds were beautiful, the staff pleasant and helpful and the fee more than fair although the extra charge for breakfast was a bit high for what was offered. The dinner, on the other hand, was well priced and well presented. Although not located in the center of St. Remy, it was an... More

Our family stayed here for five nights on a trip to Provence. We used the hotel as a base for many day trips around Provence. The hotel was excellent. We had a room with a loft to accomodate our two boys (11 and 13) and it was just the right size. The property is splendid with a nice pool, gardens,... More

We are extremely happy that this guest has enjoyed its stay at le mas des carassins last summer in one of our family room Concerning the dinners, i think there have been a misunderstading in our menu propositions We have specials for family at exeptionnal rates For example if this guest has chosen the "half board formula" diners every evening... We stayed here last July and the food was excellent and the grounds lovely . Our room was tiny and next to the dining room and so a party next door one night was extremely loud. The bathroom divider wall must have been paper thin Am not surprised by the hostile and vicious responses from management on this site. It... More

This is a wonderful place to stay. The room we rented was spacious. the food was memorable and eating outside in their garden in the spring was absolutely lovely. This was one of our favorite places that we have ever stayed.

Almost made mistake of going to Avigion or Arles.....big, crowed cities. St Remy has history, artists, and so many nice shops in a charming setting. St Remy has car access to all the key sites with the amazing town of La Baux (pronounced La Bow) just a few miles away: we walked a nearby street where VanGough painted 10 of... More

A couple of weeks ago I drove to the South of France 2 days ahead of my family and 2 friends, so that we could use my car for our week's holiday. The first night I stayed in a Novotel at Marseille that was overpriced and underquality for the price. This prompted me to look for somewhere else for the... More

We loved staying here. The grounds are beautiful, fountains everywhere and well landscaped. Geographically, the hotel is about an hour from Gordes, Baux, Roussillon, Isle-sur-la-sorgue, etc. Our room was on the ground floor of a building a short distance from the main building, which has the dining room. It is relatively new. I suggest staying on an upper floor if... More

Le Mas Des Carassins is an excellent small hotel. We stayed there for nine days in September in an annexe suite with balcony which overlooked the gardens and was south facing. It was spacious and very clean. A very adequate buffet breakfast was served that could be taken into the beautiful gardens or eaten inside. We didn't find time to... More
