the service was terrible. owner was a cocky person. internet is only available in the common area below even though we were told there was wifi throughout the building. on arrival, we asked if breakfast was provided, and the guy said yes. the following morning, he said there was no breakfast provided and he said no such thing yesterday. our... I'm staying at Le Huitieme while attending the World Water Forum March 2012. It's downtown, but my room is silent. I like having the sink and shower in my two twin bed single with lots of pillows. I actually like the shared raised toilet outside my room, as the window is opened, so it always smells good, and so does... More

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! Was charged considerably more than the quoted price on my credit card (this is illegal) and they have ignored all contact ever since - I can tell that getting that money back is going to be a very long and difficult process. Horrible experience.

Stayed here for 3 nights and started to notice that I was waking up with little bites on me. At first I thought it was spiders but after the next 2 nights I realized it's definitely bed bugs! Owner did nothing about it! Don't stay here unless you want to wake up throughout the night with itches.

We stayed at this hostel for two nights, and they were two of the worst nights I had in 3 months of travelling. Bad points - rooms smell. - our toilet hadn't been flushed when we arrived. - mould all over the bathroom and shower. - terrible customer service, rude and unhelpful manager. - beds had bed bugs and are... PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL!!! The rooms are smelly, beds broken, toilet is on the corridor, and shower looks like public toilet.

One of the nastiest and dirtiest places i've stayed in, and surely expensive for what it is. There is no reception bar 2-3 hours before noon, this is no big deal but the rooms and beds are absolutely dirty (mine way actually broken). Consider yourselves lucky if you do not have bedbugs, and stay elsewhere even if you have to... More

As a college student, I usually stay in hostels. Splitting a 45 euro room with a double bed and a twin bed with two friends was an amazing deal for having a private room with private shower and a nice big window and clean sheets. BUT, the shower did not drain at all. The WC was once totally out of... More

the hotel was very basic. the rooms had a musty smell and ensuite had shower and sink but toilets are shared. the location of the hotel is really good if you are going to watch football. only a 5 minute walk from the ground and metro station. if you have a triple room and cant find a third bed its... Positives a) Cheap b)Short journey by Metro to City Centre c)Bedlinen and bathroom clean Negatives a)VERY noisy. There is a bar downstairs which has a door which bangs continually, sometimes several times per minute. This caused the whole of our room to shake and made the en- suite door fly open and shut. b)INDIFFERENT room service. We were there 7 nights... More
