The hotel has one of the best advantages is the locatioin right at the port, between Cafe de Paris and Bar du Port (when windows are closed you don't hear the noise from outside though. The room giving to the port is spacious, very clean and well renovated and a big bathroom. Beds are great with white linens. The great... More

The hotel is on the main drag of the marina and is above the shops so starts on the first floor. It all looks quite plain from the outside. The bar is lovely, cosy and well-staffed; and the balcony is probably the best place to drink in town. The drinks are reasonably expensive (Euro 6-10), but that's more than likely... More

We stayed 2 nights for our anniversary and I was really disappointed especially as our room was very expensive. The room looked over the port which initially seemed lovely but proved to be so noisy that we couldn't sleep and eventually we moved on. The room was OK, a bit basic and tired, certainly no frills. Our room didn't have... More

Stayed at Hotel Sube for two nights during high season. Positives: * Great location - especially if you do St Tropez without a car. Right on the quay with the yachts "small" enough to fit in the old harbour. First impression is that the location is quite touristy, but it doesn't matter as the old town with fine shopping and... Hotel Sube is a very well located hotel. You are a short walk away from restaurants, shopping, ATM, pharmacy etc. Bonus: a small elevator to help bring luggage up rather than taking the old uneven stairs. The room looked more a like motel room rather than a hotel room. The decor and style are very tired and old. The shower... More

Could not believe I could actually stay on the main drag in St Tropez. You simply cannot get any closer to party central unless you are actually on one of the boats! Sit on the terrace and watch the rich and famous at play - a truly divine people watching experience. Small but clean rooms, hill side rooms are much... More

Nobody can visit St. Tropez on a tight budget, however this boutique hotel is definately worth a visit. While the rooms are basic but comfortable, the bar and its views over the harbour exude a charm which is very reminiscent of some old colonnial premises where celebrities, artists and writers would hang out. An absolute delight in the morning and... More

This hotel is definitely a budget hotel - no frills, but its fine. Its definitely not new, but it seems pretty clean and staff was helpful. This (as far as I know) is the only hotel thats actually right on the scenic port area, so its a beautiful location. The hotel also has a great bar that overlooks the port.... More

First time to St Tropez and so thankful that we find this hotel. The location is perfect! It is right in the middle of everything. Easy to find. Although the don't have a website but you can book through email. They are very responsive to reply email. Room is nice, clean, and spacious. Bathroom is clean. However, there is no... More

Last time I stayed here I said the Sube rocks (check out my previous review) and I stand by my original claim. It's right in the middle of the port, is clean, charming, rustic, and we had a lovely (and quiet) view over the courtyard. Of course it's also very good value by ST standards: we paid €160 per night... More
