Very close to Nice Airport. Just about 5 minutes walk to terminal 1. Convenience if you need to catch an early flight. I stayed there for 1 night. The room was in good condition. Excellent location, very good value for a low price, quality and service very good for this price, but not a family run beach hotel for extended vacations. Very convenient as airport surface transportation here is complicated.
