The hotel is located near the train station but the area looks awful. The rooms are clean, but very dark and it is not a pleasant stay there for more than one night. The desk staff was helpful.

We stayed in this hotel during second last weekend of Mar 12. Hotel is located on very busy street and noisey area so even though it may be closer to train station (which you may not get chance to use as tram and buses are very good and cheap in Nice) but in terms of value it is not great.... More
