Girly trip for 4 nights, the staff could not have been more helpful and the room was good, clean with an added bonus of a balcony to survey life in the street below! The location is brilliant with everything you need so close by. Since our last trip the travel systems have been totally upgraded which makes getting around so...

It is 3 star hotel, but the location and rooms are more qualified than 3 star hotel. There is nothing in minibar..I reserved a single room. The single room price was 63 euro on March. Although I paid single room cost, I stayed double room on the top floor.
I didn't make my breakfast on the hotel, price was 18 euros....

1 block to the beach, 1 block to the casino, and 10 steps to 100 places to eat and drink. The room was very nice and well priced. It was clean with free internet and nice TV. Public transportation, the tram was 2 block away and our favorite, Old Nice, was a 10 minute walk. The staff was very helpful...

We stayed at the hotel De suede, 2 adults and one child, in a three bed room. The room was small, but recently refurbished. Location is very close to most attractions. Air-conditioning was not too powerful and there is some noise from the street when windows are open.
The Suede is sat smack in the centre of the action in Nice, a block from Promenade des Anglais, surrounded by restaurants and close to the bus stops to take you where you need to go (airport, antibes, cannes, grasse, monaco). Check in was efficient and friendly, the room was comfortable, double glazed and clean, and breakfast was ample and...

During my trip to Azure Coast, I spent 3 nights in De Suede hotel in Nice. It is small but nice hotel, well place so you can reach every part of Nice by foot. It is surrounded with caffees, reastoraunts, shops. On the pedastrion behind the hotel in the evenings there was a street entertainer... he really made me laugh...

The hotel is in a great location, minutes from the beach and promenade and the old town. We stayed in one of their recently refurbished rooms which was fine. Its basic and gets the job done if you just wanted a comfortable enough place to put your head down at night.
That being said, the air conditioning didn't work which...

I stayed two nights at Hotel De Suede to attend Nice’s Carnival and the location was excellent. You are in the heart of the city, surrounded by restaurants/shops with easy access to the old/new city. The beach is a 2 minute walk away and the train station is an easy 15 minute walk. The hotel rooms, which are a good...

Great location for Old and New towns. Surrounded by restaurants and cafes. Two minutes from airport bus stops inward and outward. Fresh and clean, sizeable modern rooms and bathrooms, well serviced by staff. Helpful reception staff. All parts of Nice easily reached on foot. Easy travel to surrounding towns by bus (only 1 Euro per trip). Carnival week was busy...
