This hotel is situated close to the main train station in not nice part of Nice where lots of emigrants gather together. So, at night it seemed to be not safe and very very noisy. Maybe that is why it is cheaper in comparison with other hotels.

Very nice hotel, good breakfast and nice staff for resonable price. Very close to train station, not far from bus station, city centre and beach.

I went there with my husband and 18 month son. At the first look we thought it wasn't as bad as some reviews said. But we've been sharing our beds with BED BUGS and are now worried that we might have brought them home with us!!!

Yes it is a very basic hotel. We found the staff very helpful, the location of the hotel was good very close to everything and easy to find.
