Firstly, the blurb on the hotel suggests that it's a 5 minute walk from the station, this is grossly under stated. It is approx 1 kilometre from the station and takes about 15 to 20 minutes at a brisk walk to get there. Other than that, it is a clean no frills hotel.

Everyone was very nice and professional. The propaganda one hears in the states about France is all false. America has to say other countries are bad to make the USA look good. We had a great time and I look forward to returning

Good location, you can walk to museums, train, seaside, old town. Small but nice room with a balcony on the street (could be noisy). Staff are very helpful - made calls to the museum where we forgot a bag which they held for us until we could get it the next day. Good breakfast option and supermarket nearby.

Good location only ten minutes from the train station and ten minutes in the opposite direction from the sea, this hotel is comfortable and quiet. Staff are attentive and helpful and all speak several languages. The continental breakfast includes yogurt, fresh fruit, coffee, juice and lots of croissants.

If you're travelling to/from Nice by train, then this hotel is in a great location for you - it's close to the station, but still within easy walking distance to the Nice old town and Promenade des Anglais.
