We spent 2 nights here. The staff were friendly although they had no idea about our prepaid booking when we gave them the reference number, however, our names were on the system when they looked. I have to say i was not expecting much before I got to this hotel. Once there, I was pleasantly surprised. Staff were very helpful and accommodating ... it felt like it was family run. Breakfast was good. Location is amazing, as it was so close to everything I needed to get to. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is good located and a lot of places are within walking distance. Furthermore, the road (victor hugo) is not very busy. So many things that were not taken care of spoiled our holiday. First, when we arrived, our reservation (for 2 pre-paid rooms) wasn't found. After a while they sorted it. We then settled in our rooms but they were very cold. Though it was still quite cold outside, the hotel decided to save some money and closed the central heating.... More

I am normally not a big Holiday Inn fan but this one was great. It is located right on the beach with lovely views of the Water. Updated rooms and wifi available for a fee. Tons of good restaurants to choose from if you walk along the beach.

The hotel is located close to the seaside of Nice (Promenade des Anglais), 10 min away by foot, so the location is good. The lobby is small and quite cozy, at the desk people is kind and cheerful.
