One tram stop from Nice Ville station (though luggage is discourage on trams). Room small with no view to speak of, bathroom comprised of the essentials and a bad smell, as though someone had been smoking and the fumes had been combatted with cleaning spray. Satisfactory breakfast. Quite good value overall.

Stayed here recently with two friends in a triple room. The room was basic but clean although a shower curtain would have been useful. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Very good location near main station and tram, convenient access to airport and Provence station. Quiet rooms, plentiful breakfast. Nice restaurants in the vicinity.

I have stayed 16 nights on my study trip. Clean rooms, clean bathroom, helpfull staff and very good price. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel.

Staff were very helpful and spoke a number of languages. Room was ok but did have an odd smell coming from the bathroom (although once we opened the window it was ok). Otherwise it was very good value for a one night stop over and within walking distance of the train station. We would stay again.
