location is perfect but that is about it. Clean room but tiny, circa 3m x 3m maximum. No air con or ventilator, 1 tv channel, had to leave window open, quiete noisy obiously. Toilett was squeezed between shower and zink, have to sit siteways to fit, big person could have difficulties using that toilett...
