Very well located, with lots of nice restaurants/cafes nearby. Sold as a 4 star but the quality isn't really of that standard - the room was a bit shabby, wi-fi available only in the lobby and the pool is good but very small. Staff were helpful and friendly.

We have just returned from 5 nights staying at Hotel Riviera, Nice. We found the hotel to be conveniently located one block from Rue Massena and the tram lines that can move you around town. Really convenient location. Easily accessible by foot from bus stop and train station (approx 10-15 mins). Not sure I would want to try the one way system - but thats my aversion to city driving. Stayed here for 6 nights in April 2012. The hotel is well located a few streets back from the Promedade des Anglais and a short walk to the old town. Service was good, but the rooms are quite small and dated. New bedding would make this room much more appealing. No wifi in the room, only accessible in the lobby. If willing to pay a little more you can stay in much nicer hotels in Nice.
