Fab location and great web site led me too book this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. BReakfast was very good. Fresh fruit, breads and pastries. This was my second stay. The room was fairly small but quiet. The beds were very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Also contrary to what other people say I think the breakfast is V. good. Coffee was very very good. Good value at less than £75 a night B&B per room.
