This is our second visit to the Hipark and we have enjoyed each stay. Unlike the majority of French hotels there are catering facilities which includes a fridge, microwave, kettle and crockery including cutlery so lots of drinks (hot and cold) can be had. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good. Rooms are too small. Front desk staff were all friendly and providing excellent customer servise except for one lady, It almost took her few hours and loads of effort and explaining till finally sent someone up in the room to change the safe box battery and get itr worked.

We stayed here for a few days at the end of February 2012. The "suite" was clean and everything looked relatively new. Suites include cooker/dishwasher/microwave, large double bed and very good fold down sofa that was fine for our needs. Only one dishwasher tablet is included so pack a few unless you want to buy a whole pack in Nice.... More

The design and quality of the hotel was to the highest standard. The staff were all really lovely, extremely accommodating and very professional. The room was very comfortable and kitted out well, with fridge/microwave/cutlery/delph/hob and pots which was great as we were able to buy food in to feed our 2 year old daughter rather than having to find restaurants... This is great value self-catering accommodation for couples or families just three minutes from the tram stop or 25 minutes walk to the sea.
