If your expectation is location and if you want to be just in the heart of the city when you step out from the maindoor of the hotel, then do not hesitate..It's on the parallel street to la croisette and just 50 meters away.. The rooms are small, there is no service,,,but place to sleep..it's perfect due to it's location..

We loved this small hotel. Our room was gorgeous, newly renovated and beautifully designed. It was in the best location, so close to the beach and main boulevard and all other attraction. The hotel itself is surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The owners are so friendly and helpful, made our stay an absolute delight. We will be back!
