Surrounded by nature, you will find the Mas Du Petit Grava close to Arles. A good spot when you want to avoid the busy city. There are two wonderful dogs that will welcome you extreme friendly. And of course the hosts Ike and Jim who run this "museum-like" house. So much to see and discover! We loved to spend time... More

My husband and I were delighted by the surroundings and accommodations provided. Everything was just as the reviews had expressed, charming, quaint and relaxing. Jim and Ike make the place feel like "mi casa, su casa"! The breakfast was wonderful as well. This is the Provence countryside at its finest. Not a far drive from Arles or Aix.

This B&B was very hard to find, located in an unremarkable suburb at some distance from the centre of Arles. The highlight of this B&B was Ike's home cooked breakfasts which were really yummy. The downside was that we found this ?13th century house really creepy. It was so creepy that the end of our three night stay couldn't come... More

We are surprised to learn that someone felt uncomfortable in our home. We wish that they had addressed their concerns to us at the time, and we would have helped them find accommodation more in keeping with their needs. That said, I feel compelled to respond to what I see as an unjustified characterization of our Mas. The Mas dates... More

We stayed at the Mas du Petit Grava for three nights at the end of September, and there are many reasons why we won't forget this magical place, but largely it had to do with how the details of this home meshed with the season and all the people we encountered. Still, travellers seeking reviews need details. We stayed in... More

Ike and Jim are outstanding hosts and the bed & breakfast is a beautiful authentic old farm house. This is exactly what you would have in mind when thinking about the Provence country side. Ike had outstanding breakfasts.....the french toast was the best I have ever had....and Jim was extremely impressive with his knowledge of Van Gogh. We greatly enjoyed... More

My daughter & I stayed with Jim & Ike for two nights in September. The home is beautiful, the and Ike's breakfasts are delicious (much more than our usual Parisian breakfast of croissants & cafe au lait). The highlight of our stay was taking Jim's Van Gogh tour in Arles. Not only is Jim very conversant on the subject, one... More

We really enjoyed the hosts, Jim and Ike, who made every effort to assist us with our touring plans and making us comfortable. They restored a 300 year old farmhouse into a charming retreat. Ike's breakfasts are great. We had fresh fruit, wonderful breads, homemade jams, yogurt, and a special treat each day such as french toast. Their 2 dogs,... More

Just stayed here for a night in September. I agree with all the previous reviews that the hosts Ike and Jim are very friendly, the breakfast is perfect and the house is beautiful situated. However especially the rooms are quite old and a bit run down I think. I agree that this can also be the “charm” of staying here.... More

WOW! very special place with wonderful hosts- Jim and Ike. Beautiful home with grounds to match.Pool, open ground, quiet, just PERFECT! Rooms were ideal- well appointed, large, comfy, clean. Breakfast near the flower gardens was fantastic! Fresh baked muffins from Ike-a lot of special "touches" you seldom see elsewhere. Great location to visit Arles, Pont du Gard, even Avignon. These... This B & B / Inn is Number 1 in the Arles area on Trip Advisor for good reason. It is all about the friendly hosts (Jim & Ike) and an authentic Provencal farm house and great location. Ike prepares a delicious breakfast to enjoy in the company of the other guests and the hosts outdoors. We stayed here with... More
