Not an ideal hotel. Air-conditioning didn't work - room TOO hot, Staff were friendly but check-out was slow. Location was also not ideal - I was communiting each day to Mallemort and experienced Aix-en-Provence traffic. Getting into the hotel also caused me problems.

My mum, dad and two daughters visited in September. Most importantly, the staff are very helpful, the pool is clean, as are the rooms and the food is good. Not ideal in terms of travel in and out of the city, but ok with a car.

If you want to live next to the highway, this should be you first choice. But if you want to walk around Aix and enjoy the old town, cafes and restaurants then you need a car to get there. prabably the worst Novotel I've seen so far: small room, cheap renovation. Not centrally located but close to the motorway, the restaurant on the other hand is good and its staff very competent and helpful. Practically woth an IBIS, hence try something else if you hesitate.

Stayed here while travelling along cote d'azur. Hotel is located alongside the autoroute though can be a bit tricky to find. That said, the hotel was up to normal Novotel standards, the room was well appointed and there was a wide range of breakfast items.
