- Accor Aix En Provence

We stayed for one night on our way from Spain to Italy. The hotel is located close to the motorway, which makes it convenient if you're only staying for one night, and it offers a parking. The parking is just in front of the door, however the personnel at the reception advised to take everything out of the car as...

My wife and I enjoyed this hotel because of the amazing staff. At the front desk you will never find anyone nicer or more helpful than Bea Vidal. In the restaurant at dinner we were served by Angelique and she could not have been better. THANKS to these 2 fantastic people.
I arrived late at night and without an on-board navi it wasn't easy to find. Coming from the highway you'll see lot of signs for the IBIS (and other hotels) in the beginning but take a wrong turn and you can get easily lost in Aix at night. Great location, clean, quiet, safe, parking, friendly people, etc. Your room is spartan but that's all you need. The staff if great, the reception and eating areas clean and inviting. The breakfast and dinners were very good. We stayed 3 nights and would stay there again. Hope that Berangere V is on duty because she is super great.
