First visit? Stay here. Nothing special nothing bad.....above average. Leave the hotel and you have 50 restaurants in SHORT walking distance....many dreadful - check the reviews on this site. Get a room with a harbour view.Can be noisy at night....

Perfectly situated in the old town of La Rochelle. Within five minutes of walking you reach the towers in the harbour, the famous aquarium or Lafayette shopping center. Very quiet to be so central. Nice small hotel in the very heart of La Rochalle We choose it because of good location and private parking available.. However our room on the first floor did not have any curtains!! (except some transparent net?) so anybody parking the car could have perfect view on what is happening in our room. Quite uncomfortable..
