The location of the hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the main quay area of La Rochelle but with parking at the hotel it is not a problem. It's in a very accessible area and the walk into town is through good streets. I would stay here again.

Was in La Rochelle to run the 10km race and had left it very late to book, the hotel was well located only about 10 minutes walk from the old centre of town and 10 minutes from the SNCF station. Nothing fancy but it does what it says on the tin.

There were no lifts, and service by any staff was only available during certain hours of the day - I think it was between 5 - 9pm (for one to purchase a private parking slot).
