The hotel is conveniently located near the Nantes train station and also next door to the major conference I was attending. From that standpoint it was wonderful. The reception was very friendly however it wa impossible to have a reservation for a taxi and there was no follow up by the reception. The cooked breakfast was not good and the ham tasted as if it was to old. The hairdryer in the room was not functioning.

Very clean and professional hotel. Nice rooms, next to exhibition center, convenient to attend conferences next door. Very good , had nice experience in staying there for 4 days.

Warm and friendly accommodation overlooking the river 10 mins from the airport. Relatively easy to find with parking which we were able to pre-book. I attended a conference which was held at the convention centre hence the location was excellent. The room was big and clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was ok. All up to novotel standard. The hotel is also within walking distance to the castle and shopping/dining areas of the city. There is also a convenience store within 5 mins walk.
