Excellent position, about 15 - 20 min walk into centre, and 10 - 15 mins to station. Buses outside every 20 mins. On the River Loire. Very comfortable, adn nice having the kitchinette. This is a rather bland new hotel with small rooms which overlooks the river and the soccer oval. It is reasonably priced and the breakfast is adequate. While this hotel doesn't look too great from the outside, once inside, we realized it was, indeed, a 4-star property.
