We have stayed here many times. I accept that is a budget focussed hotel but there needs to be more thought about customer needs as we found that the service was lacking amongst many members of staff on this occasion. This may have been caused by staff numbers being too low for too long. Previous visits have been better.

I travelled to Nantes for work and stayed at Novotel. The hotel is located next to the river and 10 minutes far from the old town. It is a good place to stay, except for the beds. They are as hard as a rock and the kingsize bed are just two regular beds together. :(

The hotel is a bit tired (condition). The location is ok as it's on the tramway line so it's easy to access the city center. The staff was nice, and the food. Not sure I would return though.
