This is a simple hotel with a very good price. It is located just 10 minutes away (walking distance) from the center. Rooms are small but reasonable, beds are not so good but ok for 1-2 nights, internet works fine, breakfast is good and reasonably priced, parking is free. Good and cheap choice to visit Rouen.
