We stayed for 1 night enroute to St Malo from Cherbourg and also to see the D Day beaches.
We found the hotel very easily. It is central to everything and the staff were helpful- we had no problems. The rooms were basic but very clean. We did not stay for breakfast so cannot comment on this.
Parking was ok,...

We stayed for 3 nights while visiting the D-Day landing beaches. The hotel is central and retains charm while offering excellent accommodation. The staff are extremely pleasant and courteous. The rooms are compact but have very comfortable beds and immaculately clean en-suite bathrooms. An excellent breakfast is served for a very reasonable extra charge which is both high quality and...

Hotel Le Bayeux is very central and reasonably priced. As a small group of adults they accomodate us up to three times a year whilst we visit Normandy sites and we never have a bad stay. Very friendly staff (who like to stay in touch and remember you); good rooms and a breakfast that sets you up for the day...

My wife and I stayed one night during a 3 week driving trip. We spent the day at the memorials then drove to the hotel. There was plenty of free parking on the street. The hotel is very cute and a short walk to everything in town. Our room was clean and neat with skylights. The walls are thin but...

We just stayed for one night en route back to uk from a holiday in Brittany. We wanted to take the children to see the D Day beaches, bayeux tapestry and the cemeteries. The hotel was fabulously placed right next to the Bayeux cathedral. It was clean, the rooms were a very good size and the bathrooms were we'll equipped,...

After booking this hotel, we read a couple of not-so-good reviews from the past. However, our experience was excellent. The staff took very good care of us; the breakfast was plentiful (and we chose to have it all four mornings of our stay). The location is unbeatable - it is in a quiet part of town with easy parking on...

This is one of the few hotels in Europe that offers a hotel room that comfortably sleeps five people. We had a large, spacious room that was subdivided by a wall (for privacy), with a queen bed on one side and a set of bunk beds and a twin bed on the other. Plenty of space for a family with...

To be honest, after reading some of the reviews on here, I was a little worried about staying at this hotel, while exploring the D Day landmarks with my mum and children. In reality I had nothing to worry about. This hotel is excellent, our room was the family room and was perfectly laid out for our stay. Everything was...
