I can say that the one thing I do agree with is that there are a few good points and they are 10 minute walk to downtown very comfortable beds and bedding clean free parking free wifi but the cons in this price range were HORRIFIC service in the restaurant complete with eye roll when asking for a menu in... Normally stay here for one or two nights, during our travels through Northern France. The rooms are as you expect from the Campanille chain always clean and tidy, along with a good restaurant attached. A 20 minute walk will get you into town, and in the other direction 10 mins will get you to one of the museums and cemeteries. More

We spent a couple of nights at Campanile when visiting the D-Day areas. Good service also in English, a bit small rooms but shower, tv etc in room. It's not in the middle of town but only 10-15 min walking and you're there. If possible make a reservation for a room facing the town over field. More

We'd stayed at the Bayeux Campanile a decade or more ago and considered it one of the best in the chain then, and it still is. As a motel it's fine. As an old fashioned French hotel with character, forget it! 2 stars. We requested a first floor room at the back, knowing it would overlook the field with cows,... More

A group of us doing a battlefield tour stayed here for one night. As others have said the rooms are quite sparce and small but much better than a F1 motel, at least you are ensuite. Twin bedded with free wifi and a tv you dont need much more for a one night stay, perhaps two at a push. The... More

We spent 2 nights in Bayeux in late September. We felt the motel was a good value for the price, although the room was small even by French standards. It was very clean and quiet and we had no problems seeing the sites in Bayeux even though the motel is located about 15 min. from town. At the second roundabout... More

I mean, it was ok...clean and comfortable. VERY quiet. It was just not like other hotels, in that it was quite stark, almost hostel like in nature. Two twin beds in a small room, and no carpet. It didn't have anything extra special that is for sure. Oh, except for crickets. It had a couple of those. Our room backed... More

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was small (as are virtually all French hotel rooms), but very clean and modern. One of the nicest bathrooms we had during our trip. We did have dinner there one night, and it was very good and fairly average in price. We never bought breakfast at our hotels in France, as they... More

I only stayed for one night but we used the meeting room facility and had lunch, dinner and breakfast all of which were fine. The room was small but clean and tidy. My rating takes account of the prices charged. More

I was with my wife in this Motel for 2 nights. The place is located on the perimeter of town of Bayeux and my GPS didn't found it at all. The style is more like Motel, not typical Hotel. There is no elevator in this two stors building with connecting walkway outside. Since the location is in the country, therefore... More
