Stayed here 1 night, found it online. Was decently priced....was sure we were at the wrong place when we arrived. The room was incredible! Big, spacious, clean and modern. Were on the 3rd floor, was nice and quiet as well. Not that it was loud on any other floor. Walking around the grounds was pretty cool as well, always looking... More

A beautiful chateau situated close to Bayeux, very convenient for visiting the Tapestry and the D-day landing beaches. The annex duplex room in which we stayed was modern and minimalist in design, but strangely impractical with the bedroom on the first floor and the loo on the ground floor - the stairs between the two are steep, wooden (so quite... My wife organised this stay from Australia using Trip Adviser and other internet sites. Were we surprised when we got there. A real Chateau. We were given a room on the first floor, it was huge, very comfortable and we felt spoiled. The staff were attentive, even though our French was only rudimentary, the owner's English was pretty good. We... More

Stayed 3 nights as part of our family trip to France. Grounds are very beautiful and it is close to all major historical location in Bayeux and beyond. Staff is friendly enough but we did not have much time for communication. We stayed in the apt.rooms as we were family of 4 adults. Rooms and bathroom are very modern. However,... More

I have to say the staff is very nice and the grounds are really pretty. It's a pleasant walk into the town centre. The room was nice and spacious and the bathroom (we were in the Chateau) was really great! Very spacious bath tub - plenty of hot water and large heated towel rack. The downside was the bed (two... this is a beautiful place. Our room was very nice with a huge soaking tub in the bathroom. We took a minivan tour of the D Day beaches and were the first to be dropped back at our hotel....when we turned into the gate and drove up the drive toward the hotel, past the wonderful small lake/large pond with the... My husband and I stayed here for three nights and enjoyed every minute of it. The hotel staff is helpful and pleasant. The hotel sits on beautiful land that has a pond, ducks, lots of greenery, and a tennis court (if you are interested). The roome that we had (#2) was spacious and accommodating. Everything was cleaned to perfection. The... More

The location was great for a visit to Bayeux. The chateau was an easy 10 - 15 min walk into town. The grounds were lovely and there was plenty of parking. There was a lift to our room on the 4th floor, and the room was comfortable. We chose not to eat breakfast which seemed overpriced. More

We were greeted at the desk by Madame who was charming and helpful w/ my high school French. She took us to our rooms which had wide open windows and blowing drapes. We had a huge two person sized tub and our friends had an enormous glass shower. The rooms had all the amenities but seemed like a flash to... More

This was to be the highlight of hotel stays in Normandy, staying in a beautiful chateau so we payed more to have a 'privilege room' in the traditional main chateau. As we had booked over 3 weeks in advance and had the room confirmation, we were shocked to be led out of the main building toward an old style but modern inside...
