We stayed here early in July this year, and were thoroughly impressed with La Howarderie, the friendly, efficient, knowledgable staff made our stay an absolute pleasure from start to finish.
The hotel is relatively small, having only 8 rooms in an old Flemish farmhouse arranged around a pretty, cobbled central courtyard, giving it a quiet, self contained feel.

We stayed at this 'Hotel' last weekend. The property is still being developed and the first impression is not good as you are faced by builders hard at work as you arrive! However, the welcome is friendly and eveyone speaks excellent English. At the moment, this not really a Hotel, more a B&B as the resturant will not be open...

A great shame.
Very friendly and helpful staff, but this will never compensate for the location of this hotel. We paid Euro 190 per night for a suite - this did not include breakfast - which whilst it was good (scrambled egg, ham, croissants), it was 15 euro each. It wasn't THAT good.
