This place was pretty new when we stayed and the other reviews had totally underrated it. From the outside the place looks crumby, but as it turns out the staff were friendly and very helpful, the rooms were AMAZING! very modern, well-furnished, comfortable beds, and very adequate. Appreciated the swanky shower.

Hotel is situated just across the street from railway station and bus station, so it is very well located, if you travel with public transport. Otherwise it is some 10-15 minutes on foot from Toulouse "downtown". There are fast food restaurants, restaurants, shops and strip tease places near hotel.
