because my wife is disabled we needed a room suitable for the disabled. we did not know however that all the disabled rooms are situated near to, or opposite the lift shafts.the hotel is popular with organised tours from various countries and the noise some of these individuals made at all times of the night and early morning was unbearable!... Lourdes, Hotel Alliance Absolutely awful My friend and I stayed for two nights in the Alliance. It was filthy and smelled. While the sheets were clean the bed spreads were grubby with blood stains on one of them. When we pointed this out they took it to wash it but did not have a replacement. We had to wait until... No cots as advertised. Rooms small, noisy, basic but clean. Hotel bar not very well stocked. Shabby exterior. But staff friendly and welcoming. All in all about what you would expect for the price. More
