We have stayed here for the last few years and have never had a problem that was not too big for them to fix on the day. Very small bathroom and weak-to-no WiFi signal in room. Had to spend hours in the lobby to get a workable signal. Restaurant food was adequate - nothing spectacular. Although non-smoking in the lobby, as with many French hotels, it seems customers stand in the front door to smoke and the ventilation brings the smoke into the lobby. Oh well, maybe... More
