we booked 2 double rooms.. all went as planned, staff are really friendly and always helpful. we got what we paid for. nothing much of a trouble. Jonathan was really helpful when we booked the rooms. we did not try the breakfast as there are many restaurants nearby. we shall return in near future.

Hotel well situated, rooms very small, ugly bathroom. People very kind, reception, restaurant. Breakfast very good.It was 79 euros per night for a double room, a good price if you compare with the rest.

The Hotel is in walking distance to the railway station,which was a factor that influenced our choice. We were satisfied with the service and the restaurant but we found the room allocated to us very small. It was acceptable for the 2 nights we spent there but we felt a bit cramped.

I really enjoyed my first visit in Lourdes, thanks a big part to the staffs at IBIS hotel Lourdes. 1st, the location is very strategic... The staff who checked me in were quite nice. The night porter was very gracious when I had to go out late, and come back late. The room was very clean and modern. Shower worked well, plenty of hot water. Room was overheated; there seemed to be no way to adjust the climate control, so opened a window. Very busy... More

I was given a room right beside the elevator and once I realised just what a dreadful noise it made, it was (inevitably) "too late" to transfer me to another room.
