The location is good the staff are all ok but, the cook can't. Our meal was beef in some sauce that smelt and tasted of 1 wk old socks. Expensive for a stopover. More

Good location. Would prefer that all rooms were non-smoking. Free brekfast for guests over 60 was pleasant surprise. The hotel is in an 18th century mill right on the banks of the Tarn River. It is worth paying a little extra to have a river-side room to wake up to the amazing views of the main cathedral. Great location and worthy of the rating. Good accommodation withn excellent restaurant. Room was clean and adequate (View to the city is worth the extra $'s). Airconditioning unit was barely adequate for the room in warm weather. Wouldn't like to be there in very hot weather. Easy walking to the old city. More
