Had some pretty bad service here - kitchen was filthy, internet was not working, staff were pretty rude. However, I ended up back there at my wife's insistence and it was a little better and they gave me a discount as way of an apology (though we had complained pretty hard to them!). Stayed at the Residome for one week in July 2008. It's a great value, especially with the kitchen set-up. Clean and safe. Central location. However it's fairly noisy, as it's right next to the railway station (you can hear the station announcements clearly) and it's on a busy street. That said, would stay there again. More
