This is a dirty, noisy, smelly, badly maintained hotel in a dubious area (we heard numerous single, very loud cracks - either gunshots or fireworks). It is nothing like the bright sparkling rooms shown on the Premiere Classe website. Simple advice - stay somewhere else.
