This hotel is close to the train station but not too close. It was a 15 min walk to most of Metz' attractions. The hotel staff spoke excellent English and were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is excellent value, with very friendly and helpful staff, clean and suitably proportioned rooms ideally situated in a surprisingly quiet street with parking possibilities near the railway station with short distances to St Etienne Cathedral and old city centre, the Jardin botanique de Metz botanical garden and the Centre Pompidou de Metz.
