We only used the hotel for an overnight stop in transit between Spain and Italy. We arrived late afternoon and found the staff extremely helpful. I had a problem with the lease car I was driving and the staff offered to contact the company for us, because we didn't speak french fluently.
The room was comfortable, and met our expectations....
