The Chateau de Saint Martin is a Logis de France place 3km outside Carcassonne. It has 15 nice rooms in a pleasant building, lovely grounds with a pool. Also (a short walk across the garden) is a restaurant. We stayed there for a couple of nights in Aug 06.
