We had a great stay ,the parking was good as we have big truck,very clean,comfortable and breakfast was of a good price, easy to find,and most helpful staff,no problem refilling the breakfast bar,will use again

We stayed for one night. We had to ho there cause we arrived out of plans in carcassonne. The city is amazing, will suggest to everybody.. but avoid this hotel. Guess the train stations bathrooms are better and cleaner.. hairs everywhere, even in the bed. They say there is a parking but there is no control on it, reception empty... More

The hotel was spotlessly clean, but the room was very basic. No carpet, no kettle, no chair, bathroom was a plastic pod and the toilet was all plastic with no seat. Breakfast was very poor quality and the area to eat was part of the reception and far too small. Only stools to sit on. Bed was comfortable though. OK... More

The hotel is situated about 5 minutes' drive from La Cité so was very convenient. The room was basic but immaculate and actually quite spacious, but at 35 euros for two in this city, it was a bargain. Everything worked including the heating and the Wifi was free and efficient. The choice was based on price, but the hotel found out to be well situated, pleasant and comfortable. We walked to the Carcassonne center by night (30min) and drove again in the morning. Parking is free in front of the hotel territory. The lady at reception was very helpful.

Nothing special about this hotel. Room was immaculate, staff was friendly - even found the time to teach me some french. It was about 500 meters from the walled city of Carcassonne. Very handy, thus. It took us about 5 minutes to drive to the city, park, and get to the restaurant we were looking for.

Having previously stayed at a small, somewhat uninspiring etap elsewhere, we were a bit apprehensive to try again, but this one was in the exactly perfect location and looked good. It was.
